Terms of Service
What we commit to, what the work can realistically achieve, and where the limits are.
Quotes and estimates
Prices quoted before inspection are estimates. Paint condition, contamination and prior repair work are not fully knowable until the vehicle is on site. If the work needed differs from the estimate, we tell you and re-quote before proceeding.
What correction can and cannot do
Machine polishing removes a controlled amount of clear coat to level defects. It can remove light to moderate defects. It cannot remove damage deeper than the clear coat, and we will not chase a defect that would leave the paint unsafe. Paint thickness is measured before work begins.
Coatings
A coating is applied over corrected paint and performs as described when maintained as directed. Neglect, automatic car washes, abrasive chemicals and impact damage are outside what any coating protects against.
Scheduling and deposits
Multi-day work may require a deposit to reserve the bay. Give us reasonable notice if you need to reschedule so the slot can be reused.
Vehicle condition
Please remove personal belongings before your appointment. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle. Pre-existing damage is noted at intake.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. Nothing here limits rights you have under North Carolina law.
