What we collect, why, and how to have it removed. Short, because we do not collect much.
What we collect
If you submit a quote request or contact form, we receive the name, phone number, email address and vehicle details you enter. If you call, we have your phone number. That is the extent of what we gather directly.
Analytics
This site may record anonymous usage data such as pages viewed and general location at city level. It is used to understand which pages are useful. It is not sold and it is not combined with your contact details.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, quote the work, schedule it and follow up about your vehicle. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and job records are kept while you are a customer and for a reasonable period afterwards for warranty and service history. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Third parties
The site is hosted by a third-party static host, and forms may be processed by a form provider. Those providers see the data you submit in order to deliver it to us.
Your choices
Email drew@ultimatefinishlkn.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page.
